Yes - We have No questions asked refund policy, if you want to stop classes with in 4 sessions.
At Dubai Toppers, Monthly fees shall be paid in advance on or before 10th of every month. However, the first month's cost is based on the number of classes taken. From the second month, there is a fixed monthly price regardless of the number of classes.
No, fees at Dubai Toppers must be paid monthly in advance and cannot be adjusted for attendance. Each student is allocated a dedicated teacher, ensuring personalized support, so full fees cover the reserved teacher’s time even if classes are missed. This policy helps maintain high tutoring standards.
For planned holidays, teacher shall let you know the days for which she will not be available and the details of make up classes. Incase of emergency holidays also teacher shall make up the class which she missed.
We cannot make up the class if student is absent either in case of planned holiday or in case of emergency holidays.
If student wants to stop classes on or before 15th of that particular month 15 days fee will be charged. If student wants to stop classes on or after 16th of that particular month full month fee will be charged.
