Hello I am Naseem Shaik,
Dubai Toppers was born from a vision deeply inspired by my father-in-law, who always encouraged me in giving back to society and, most importantly, to generate employment. He constantly motivated me, reminding me that I had the potential to achieve something big. His unwavering belief in me and his encouragement inspired me to take action and build something meaningful.
My Inspiration
In the UAE, one of the biggest challenges for students is commuting to tuition centers. Young children often require their parents to accompany them, which becomes difficult for working parents. This gap in the system made me realize that high-quality education should be accessible from home, without the hassle of daily travel.
The Challenge
Quality was non-negotiable. Experiencing online classes with 25 students during COVID-19, I knew it wasn’t ideal. Every student deserves personal attention, so we set a 1:1 student-teacher ratio for effective learning experience.
Quality
Another driving force behind Dubai Toppers was my belief in the untapped potential of women in India. There is a vast talent pool of highly educated women who are unable to pursue careers due to various circumstances. I firmly believe that if given the right opportunity, they can deliver outstanding academic results. After all, in most schools, the top-performing students are often girls.
We are on a mission to empower 500 female teachers in India by providing work-from-home opportunities, allowing them to make a meaningful impact on students' lives in the UAE. Through Dubai Toppers, we are not just educating students....! we are creating a ripple effect of empowerment, opportunity, and excellence.
